Batesville Indiana | Newborn | Baby | Lifestyle Photography

Image
Hey Friends!  Another week of blogging! I mentioned in last weeks blog I would continue with Charlotte's Lifestyle Newborn session...Here it is! I was super excited to photograph little Charlotte's newborn portraits, this session was photographed in my Batesville Indiana home studio.  I love Lifestyle Newborn photos!  While I do love the posed baby photographs, I love more capturing newborn baby in natural positions.  I love when I capture baby with eyes open, something about the click in the camera that gets their attention and look right at me and I get the perfect portrait for mom.  I always try to capture a moment between mom/baby and dad/baby, nothing else better than a bonding photo they will always remember.  Thanks go reading thru my journey with Miss Charlotte.  Next week will continue with her 6 month milestone session.  Im honored to be her photographer, being with her from the beginning, watching her grow is such a delight and kind...

Family Photography | Batesville Indiana | Gina Wiseman Photography | Meyer Family

"Family is not an important thing. It's everything" - Michael J. Fox I couldn't agree more! The Meyer Family is a gorgeous family, they made my job of capturing their memories easy. Even tho it was a HOT afternoon, they kept going. You can tell they love to be together and have fun, we had many laughs and stories!  Let's talk about the location...WOW! They chose to start at the family cabin (which had air condition so we took advantage of that!) the afternoon sun, the gr een trees and the cabin itself made for beautiful backdrop, one of my favorites is the family walking away with the cabin behind them! Next we moved to the family farm...lets just say I may be a city girl...but this country farm kinda made me wish I lived there! The old farmhouse, the beautiful woods and trees, round hay bales made this location perfect! The Meyer family definitely seemed to be at home here. Big Thanks to the Meyer Family for asking me to be their family photographer, I lo...

Welcome to Blog Post #2 of Lifestyle Photography... Once you decide on a Lifestyle Family session, location is the next thing to think about.  Locations are not limited to a studio set up but can be anywhere your family likes to have fun.  Locations can be in or outside  your home, local park, farm, local farmers market, festivals, fairs, anywhere!!  There is no limit to location choices.  In the last blog post the family chose their home, the session Im featuring on this blog post was taken a local Garden Center in Shelbyville Indiana.  Big Thanks to McIntire Lawn and Landscape for allowing us to use their garden center location.  Check their website out  https://www.mcintirelandscaping.com/ For this lifestyle session I arrived early and scoped out the area, finding the best lighting and the ideal photo spots.  When the family arrived I knew exactly where I wanted to start.  Since we were starting 2 hours before sunset (my favor...
